“I write to you young men, because you are strong and the word of God abides in you, and you have overcome the evil one” (1 John 2:14)
Our vision is to partner with God in raising a generation of young people who have been transformed by the Gospel, committed to discipleship in Christ both in speech and in deed and equipped to serve God with passion for the advancement of the kingdom of God.
We will do this by building a community in which young people can encounter God through the transforming power of the Gospel as it is proclaimed and applied to meet the practical needs and challenges facing the youth today. This shall be accomplished by focusing on four main areas:
– Prayer (1 Thessalonians 5: 16-18, James 5: 16-18)
– Discipleship (2 Timothy 3: 16-17, 1 Peter 3: 15)
– Fellowship (Acts 2: 42, 1 Peter 4: 7-11, Romans 15: 5-7)
– Outreach (James 1: 27, Romans 15:21)
GAZE
Gaze: to look, contemplate steadily and intently with great interest, pleasure or wonder…
When a deep and heavy desire to seek the face of the lord grew in the hearts of stonecutters, GAZE evenings were the only reasonable recourses. These are times where we all gather at the feet of Jesus and allow Him to guide us through a time of worship, delivering of the word in various ways and styles.
With dimmed lights and carpets laid on the floor, worshippers are encouraged to enter the presence of the Lord to experience the glory of the one true God.
Meeting several times a year, all are welcomed to join these evenings of worship and fellowship together that are nothing short of memorable.
